Há alturas na Columbofilia, em que difíceis decisões têm de ser tomadas e refiro-me à dispensa de pombos que tantos anos demoraram a serem selecionados até ser atingido um nível próximo do perfeito, no que diz respeito ao valor desportivo e à capacidade de transmissão genética da qualidade, às gerações seguintes, Assim e depois de uma demorada ponderação e difícil decisão, acabei por decidir dispensar uma quantidade apreciável de pombos de categoria - pombos esses que tinha guardados para mim - de modo a que a qualidade genética não desapareça e que tal possa servir a outrops como a mim me serviram me serviram e continuam a servir.
